Cloud City Competition T&Cs

Promoter: National Brick Events Limited (company number 14779393), trading as Retired Sets, Whiteleaf Business Centre, 11 Little Balmer, Buckingham, MK18 1TF.

1. The prize draw opens at 12:00am on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 24 December 2026, UK time.
2. The draw is open to UK residents of any age. Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter. If an entrant under 18 wins, their parent or guardian must assist with claiming and receiving the prize. Purchases made through a website or third-party platform must also meet that service’s age requirements. Employees and directors of the promoter, and their immediate households, cannot enter.
3. One entry is awarded for each separate, completed purchase of £50 or more from Retired Sets during the entry period. Qualifying purchases can be made at the Retired Sets shops in Aylesbury or Glasgow, at retiredsets.co.uk, from a Retired Sets stall at a National Brick Events event, or through Retired Sets sales on Whatnot. Entries from all routes go into one draw for one prize.
4. The £50 threshold is calculated from the amount paid for products after discounts. Delivery charges do not count. Buying a gift card does not qualify, and purchases paid for in whole or in part with a gift card do not qualify. A purchase of £100 or more still earns one entry, not one entry per £50 spent. Each further separate qualifying purchase earns another entry. There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchases an individual can make.
5. An entry will be removed if its qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded. If a partial refund reduces the amount paid for products below £50, that entry will also be removed. Products remain at their normal selling prices; there is no separate fee to enter the draw.
6. Retired Sets will record entries against qualifying purchases. Customers buying in a shop or at an event will be asked for their name and an email address or phone number at checkout. Entrants must provide accurate contact details so they can be contacted if selected.
7. The prize is one pre-owned LEGO Star Wars Cloud City set (10123). It has been inventory checked and includes all pieces and minifigures, together with its box and instructions. As a pre-owned set, it may show signs of age or use. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred to someone else.
8. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 31 December 2026, using a verifiably random computer process or a draw supervised by an independent person. Retired Sets will keep a record of the selection.
9. Retired Sets will announce the provisional winner on its social media channels on New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2026, subject to eligibility checks, and contact them by email or phone. If the winner has objected to being identified publicly, Retired Sets will announce that a winning entry has been selected without identifying them. Retired Sets will make reasonable further attempts to contact the selected entrant. If they do not respond within 14 calendar days of the first contact attempt, or cannot establish their eligibility, Retired Sets may select another winner at random.
10. Retired Sets will arrange delivery to a UK address or collection from one of its shops at no cost to the winner. The winner will not have to make any payment to claim or receive the prize.
11. To show that a valid award took place, Retired Sets may publish or provide on request the winner’s surname and county. An entrant may object to this or ask for less information to be shared by emailing info@retiredsets.co.uk. Retired Sets may still have to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged.
12. Personal information will be used to administer the draw, check eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Retired Sets privacy policy. Entry into this draw does not, by itself, sign anyone up for marketing.
13. This draw is run by National Brick Events Limited trading as Retired Sets. It is not sponsored or administered by the LEGO Group, BrickLink or Whatnot. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
