Load up the new Cargo Train and send it down the line!

Take control of the new Cargo Train and get ready to transport goods across LEGO® City! Use the impressive crane to efficiently load and unload containers and cars from both the train and the accompanying container truck. The train engine features opening canopies, revealing driver’s cabins at either end. With the 4-channel, 7-speed infrared remote control, you can effortlessly guide the train along the extensive track layout.

This set includes 4 minifigures: 1 train driver and 3 freight yard workers. The train itself consists of an engine, a tank wagon, a flatbed container wagon, and an auto carrier complete with 2 cars.

Powering the train are LEGO Power Functions components, including an AAA battery box, an infrared receiver, and a train motor, all controlled by the versatile 4-channel, 7-speed infrared remote control, capable of managing up to 8 different trains simultaneously. The big crane boasts a working winch for realistic loading operations.

The complete train measures over 34" (88cm) long. Please note that 9 AAA batteries are required for operation. The train is compatible with LEGO 9V tracks, however, the included tracks are not compatible with LEGO 9V trains. The set comes with a comprehensive track layout: 2 switch tracks, 8 straight tracks, 16 curved tracks, and 16 flexible tracks, which collectively equal the length of 4 straight tracks.
