This set is a substantial build, containing 2,418 pieces and featuring a multi-level structure built upon an expansive pier. The model's primary charm lies in its intricate details and modular design, offering an immersive building experience aimed at adult fans (recommended age 18+)

The Harbormaster's Office building itself is a rustic, weather-beaten wooden structure that captures the essence of a classic port authority. The structure includes a ground-floor control station equipped with maps, radar, and a CB radio for overseeing port operations. A cozy main room features a brick-built cast-iron stove, and the upper levels contain a storage space and a loft bedroom for the harbormaster's rest. The building sections are easily removable—the second floor and roof lift off—to allow for excellent access to the detailed interiors

A significant feature is the large pier base, which is not just solid ground but is built atop pilings that expose a simulated undersea floor beneath. This area is decorated with brick-built marine life, including fish, coral, and crabs, adding a unique and colorful touch to the display. The pier also features a small boat fuel pump (with an Octan logo, a classic LEGO City brand reference), life rings, fishing rods, and an air compressor

The set includes six Minifigures to populate the scene and a small motorboat for the harbormaster to use on the water.
