This minifigure was released in 2018 and is based on Leia's appearance in the Bespin scenes of Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back. It was included exclusively in the large, collectible set 75222 Betrayal at Cloud City.

The minifigure features a detailed white dress with printing for a yellow and red sash and belt. It has a dual-sided head with a lopsided grin and a frowning expression, and a dark brown hairpiece with braids on the sides.
