The LEGO 4002021 The Temple of Celebrations is the highly exclusive 2021 LEGO Employee Christmas Gift. This special set was created to commemorate the holiday season and celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the LEGO Ninjago theme.

This set was not available for general retail sale and was distributed only to LEGO employees and partners.

Description and Features

The central build is a classic Ninjago temple decked out with festive, holiday-themed decorations, covered in snow. It is a multi-level structure that includes several areas for display and role-play.

Key Builds and Scenes:

The Temple: A large, snow-covered temple with an open back for interior access. The entry level includes a micro-build version of Ninjago City Gardens.

Alternate Interior Scenes: The set features a basement area where builders can choose between two alternate interior scenes: a large Christmas Tree topped with a golden ninja star, or a dinner table set for a festive feast.

Side Builds: Includes a brick-built dragon which serves as a seasonal reindeer (pulling a sleigh) and a sleigh for Santa Garmadon.

Exclusive Minifigures:

The set is a treasure trove for collectors, as it includes numerous unique and collectible figures:

All Seven Golden Ninja: The set includes all six of the golden anniversary Ninja minifigures (Kai, Cole, Jay, Lloyd, Zane, and Nya), plus Golden Wu (who features a unique head and beard design compared to his retail release version).

Festive Characters: An exclusive Santa Garmadon minifigure is included, along with Misako and two Serpentine enemy figures.

As an extra celebratory touch, the instructions feature six Christmas poems related to Ninjago, written by one of the theme's co-creators.
